    This opinion is even more important than your own experience in using the product. Learning about the negative experiences puts you in a strong position. This knowledge gives you the insight to make the existing product even better. That is how you get to finally make a product. Make sure that the product was in demand even with the broken bits. Do this before putting in the effort to remake the product.

    Using your own angle, you find where your target market is hanging out. This is where you focus your attention and efforts. Want to know where your market is? Ask Google or Bing. Simple as that! They will tell you. That is where you want to go.
